Our daily rates are subject to 20% VAT, Service Charge/Resort Fees and Tourism Levy.
EP = without meals; MAP = with breakfast and dinner, AI = All Inclusive meal plan. All rates are in US Dollars. All rates are based on single or double occupancy. A third person in the room is US 150 per day. MAP (breakfast and dinner) is available at US 120 per person per day. Alternatively, an all inclusive plan can also be added, at US 205 per person daily. Rates are subject to 20% VAT, Service Charge/Resort Fees and Tourism Levy. The MAP is mandatory from Dec 20 – Jan 2. Children under the age of 16 cannot be accommodated.

Our daily rates are subject to 20% VAT, Service Charge/Resort Fees and Tourism Levy. Daily rates include resort services such as beach chairs, beach towels, a variety of non-motorized watersports, complimentary daily guided estate walks and other resort activities such as Chocolate Sensory Tastings and Creole History Class. As per legislation, VAT rates vary from 7% on accommodation, 10% on food and beverage and activities to 12.5% on some spa and wedding services as well as retail items.
