EP = without meals; MAP = with breakfast and dinner; AI = All Inclusive meal plan. All rates are in US Dollars. All rates are based on single or double occupancy. A third person in the room is US 150 per day. MAP (breakfast and dinner) is available at US 135 per person per day. Alternatively, an all-inclusive plan can also be added, at US 230 per person daily. Rates are subject to 20% VAT, Service Charge/Resort Fees and Tourism Levy. The MAP is mandatory from Dec 20 – Jan 2. Children under the age of 16 cannot be accommodated.

Our daily rates are subject to 20% VAT, Service Charge/Resort Fees and Tourism Levy. Daily rates include resort services such as beach chairs, beach towels, a variety of non-motorized watersports, complimentary daily guided estate walks and other resort activities such as Chocolate Sensory Tastings and Creole History Class. As per legislation, VAT rates vary from 7% on accommodation, 10% on food and beverage and activities to 12.5% on some spa and wedding services as well as retail items.
