Sanctuaries are absolutely fantastic, more than one could imagine. Trips and Tours; sunset "jazzy' cruise on Thursday night was a blast. Best sunset cruise we have ever taken. Great captain, hostess, sax player and crew. A very fun party after the sun goes down, we saw lots of dolphins too! Accommodations are out of this world in spacious and breathtaking views, suites are so nice that you don't want to leave to go down to the world class beach, crystal clear ocean and dining below. If we can find enough money we will happily come back! The hotel was very accommodating. Why will we return to Jade Mountain? Simple answer…the amazing service that our butlers provided to us on a consistent basis. We are excited to return for our one year anniversary. Best food ever also. Wonderful resort with top notch service. We felt truly pampered for the short amount of time we were here. The room truly was a sanctuary! Magic! Magic! Magic! A wonderful experience with wonderful staff, wonderful facilities. Truly a blessed place to celebrate our 42 years anniversary. Hard to beat our experience at any other place we have visited. We were offered a room at Jade Mountain part way through our stay at Anse Chastanet. We have been looked after every moment of our stay by all the staff who went to great efforts for my husband's 50th birthday. I can't praise everyone enough for making this a trip to remember. We had a fabulous holiday and can't wait to return. Such a unique experience! Breathtaking views throughout! This is an outstanding resort, a real one of a kind. Wonderful, nature's retreat. Rankings are relative to other special, 5 star resorts that we've been to, Jade Mountain stands out as unique and special most obviously for the view, which we never get tired of, and also for the experience of sleeping open air and seeing the sky change all day/night. We loved it! Everyone here is above and beyond. Such wonderful, kind people. The transition from Anse Chastanet to Jade Mountain on our wedding day was perfect and easy. Our butlers are amazing! Decorated our room with flowers for our wedding day which was gorgeous. As well as called us the next day to congratulate and what we would like for breakfast. The butler service at Jade Mountain is out of this world. They made our trip a once in a lifetime experience. They are absolutely fantastic. We had a brilliant honeymoon at both Anse Chastanet and Jade Mountain. Food at Jade is brilliant. Jungle Burger and home made bun amazing. Sunset cruise on Searenity was absolutely wonderful. Loved the bottle of water at the airport and the cold wash cloth and Bentley at reception. Room service and food were excellent. NOVEMBER 2012 We just spent the best vacation of our life (and we use to travel a lot!). Thank you so much! We fell in love with the beauty and service of the hotel as well as the warmth of the country and its citizens. The hotel is just calm as we love it, with very distinctive and discrete activities that look all wonderful. So many activities to do and service is wonderful! All the employees work with hearth and it shows their pride of their country. Truly a paradise! Exceeded our expectations in every way!! Our honeymoon at Jade Mountain was truly amazing, service here is really impeccable. We really loved the butler service (the mobile idea was really great!) but all the staff was very helpful, always asking how our day/night was (all of them!). The food was really good too. Butlers were great, we had an amazing honeymoon and will definitely be returning in the future. Beautiful sanctuary with wonderful surroundings, staff always friendly and helpful. OCTOBER 2012 A wonderful, memorable experience due both to the unique resort concept and the outstanding staff. From the moment we got off the plane the staff has been incredible. Everyone at Jade Mountain was extremely helpful and nice. We did not have to lift a finger, which was amazing (especially after planning a wedding). What a great facility/view/location. We love the island of St. Lucia and could not be happier we chose to come here for our honeymoon. Jade Mountain was a great way to spend our last two nights – we felt very special with the butler service; the food was incredible. Thanks so much. Excellent customer service throughout, enjoyable visit – thanks for making it special. We hope to return one year from now for our 1st wedding anniversary. I am planning my wedding for next year and I think we might just have found our destination. The hotel is really beautiful and is really a "must" if somebody plans to come to the Caribbean. We toured Jade Mountain and decided to upgrade for a night. The bathrooms were gorgeous in both rooms. Scuba shop staff were fantastic. Monday and Wednesday night at the Piton Bar was great! The service and rooms are exactly what we expected. Fabulous, what a great end to a perfect honeymoon! The staff are exceptional, we enjoyed ourselves thanks to the staff. This was the perfect place to spend our honeymoon. The facilities and amenities were spectacular. Overall we had a wonderful time (even during the rain storm) and hope to return soon! My wife and I jaws hit the floor when we first walked into our sanctuary, the food and service were top notch and we often talked about how much we enjoyed your employees. They were so kind to us and made us feel that we were their only priority. I'm not sure where your people but management should do everything and anything to retain them. The facilities were beautiful and we couldn't believe the privacy of an open room. But on top of the services, the staff was incredible. Helpful, very nice and the service was always fast. All the food was delicious and the tours were great. The volcano tour with Sherman was a wonderful experience and did his part both on the bus and in the gardens to keep us entertained, all in all, PERFECT trip! Really enjoyed interesting architecture. SEPTEMBER 2012 Most everyone was gracious, kind, helpful, warm, welcoming and attentive. The hospitality of the staff made us feel cared for and released of the burdens and responsibilities of daily life. The views, the hotel, the activities are all spectacular but it's the people that make the whole experience extraordinary. Bentley, our waiter at Jade Mountain, was excellent. Of course the food was excellent but the service was amazing. Especially from Bentley, Lester and McGregor. It as an amazing experience. True paradise. A real treat. Every single person we encountered was kind and helpful (not often found elsewhere). Our housekeepers did a great job as well (unfortunately I never got their names but I did leave them a note to thank them); overall an unforgettable experience… we will return! Thank you so much for everything and for making our stay so wonderful; you thought of everything. This was our first stay at Jade Mountain and we were blown away with the resort and service. There is no other hotel/resort like this and the staff was amazing. We were able to completely escape from our busy lives and were at total peach during our stay. Thank you. Very friendly staff. You've outdone yourselves yet again. It seems to just get better and better. Looking forward to visiting again next year. AUGUST 2012 Where to begin? Let's start with what my wife and I hated about Jade Mountain. We hated that we had to leave. That's it. It was beyond what we expected. ABSOLUTELY incredible. Customer service, warmth and efficiency by ALL employees, including the drivers, butlers, masseuses, security, waiters and waitresses, Bike Tyson and the tour, scuba/sailing/snorkeling/diving personnel, cleaners, and managers that worked side by side with staff and not above them. Amazing. Oh yeah and the guy (I think his name is Henderson) that does this cool presentation when he is about to cut the bread sooo cool. We have been spreading the word and will DEFINITELY be back there and other resorts in St. Lucia. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. We were here to celebrate our honeymoon and are so glad we chose Jade Mountain. It's been the most amazing vacation. Lots of activities to keep us busy and the most beautiful sanctuary to spend our downtime in. The sanctuary is breathtaking, by far the most beautiful room we've stayed in. The people/staff are so friendly, exceptionally welcoming and so sweet. They made our stay that much more wonderful. A few times we missed the comfort of A/C, but the experience and the view were worthwhile, the best thing was the service of the major domos. We will recommend highly to ALL friends/family. First 11 days at Anse Chastanet were fantastic then after our wedding we upgraded to Jade Mt – marvelous and perfect; this is paradise. We had high expectations and we were not let down. Thank you for the perfect honeymoon. Earl was exceptional; we loved him. Okeda was sweet too. Thanks to Edmund for a wonderful site inspection. The staff at Jade Club was exceptional and very friendly and helpful and our sanctuary spa treatments were exceptional. Loved the rooftop yoga. Overall excellent experience; absolutely fantastic. Great food, great butlers. "Phil" was wonderful. Jazzy Cruise was great as we were a bit late and they waited for us; we had the wrong time.
JULY 2012 Everything was outstanding - a truly unforgettable experience that I am afraid will never be matched unless we return. Excellent Overall. This was a truly special and unforgettable experience for us. We are appreciative of all the care and thought put into every detail of this resort, starting from its design and including the most wonderful service and hospitality. The efforts to seclude guests from the outside world are very effective and greatly enhance the experience. Words cannot describe the hard work and love they have for their guests. We have been blown away by just how amazing Jade is. Its been so lovely to spend our honeymoon here. We honestly feel we haven't a holiday – we've had an experience. Every single serving of food has been divine, we have never tasted food as good in our lives. We never once felt like we were missing out on anything, but not pushed into anything. We hiked the piton and really enjoyed Shane and Bobbi, next time we will climb highest mountain and Visit St. Vincent. Hamburgers were truly the best, we had "2" and bought ketchup and hot sauce to take home. We had a great time, the sanctuary and service was amazing! Cannot say enough how awesome all the staff have been. The very best! Incredible room and amazing scenery. Loved having wifi in the sanctuary, loved the snack boxes, loved the gym and loved the available beach activities. Another great stay! Paul surprised me with this entire vacation and it was truly wonderful. I have no complaints: the entire staff here has been friendly, helpful and just so pleasant! JUNE 2012 This is the best trip we have come on, we felt like we were treated like royalty. Everything was awesome! The butler service and housekeeping was phenomenal! Outstanding experience - the room is the best we have ever experienced -outstanding facilities and service. Everything was excellent, food was awesome. We had an amazing time, everyone was wonderful. Everything was amazing: the Piton view from the room, the beach dinner was perfect. Thanks for everything! Our sanctuary was wonderful – very large. Especially liked the bathroom – so large and a view from every part of it. The chests and storage was very generous. Everything was delicious. The Bento Boxes were a welcome surprise! We loved dining in our sanctuary, especially breakfast. An amazing experience, we will definitely return Everyone on staff was very welcoming and polite and made us feel that they were genuinely interested in the quality of our stay and making us feel comfortable and pampered. The overall experience was wonderful, the room and the resort exceeded our expectations. Helicopter ride was fantastic!! The view was spectacular. The food was amazing!! Your resort is just beautiful and peaceful (open wall is great). As always, staff makes Anse Chastanet and Jade Mountain special. As a dive group leader, my job is simplified by the attention my guests receive from ALL the staff, everyone at Scuba St. Lucia performed well….major domos very well trained.. FEBRUARY 2012 Thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely recommend and hopefully return ourselves! Wonderful staff, wonderful experience, gorgeous place. Such a striking, unusual, lovely place. Definitely the most beautiful spot we've been in the dozen trips to the Caribbean. We love the very small size and personal service. The food at the Jade Mountain club was delicious….fresh ingredients and combinations. We enjoyed our excursions to the volcano etc. and appreciated seeing your farm and the half day sail was great fun. Sous chef cooking demonstration was excellent. Thank You! The food this year was better than ever in Jade Mountain Club, kudos to Jonathan. We'll be back next year. Great experience, wonderful food with the nicest wait staff ever. All the servers at Jade were superb. We especially enjoyed beach Mamin with Augustus and Anthony "stoneman", going above and beyond what was necessary for us to feel special and relaxed – please open Anse Mamin on Saturdays. Peter is wonderful and made our arrival special and nice. Our sanctuary was great. Was not much need to ever leave it, as you probably noticed . Sarah made sure the rooms were always immaculate and clean and smiles even when she had to work around us, her helper too but I can't remember his name right now. Earl is fantastic as are your evening servers at Jade Mountain Restaurant and of course our Major Domos Vito and Allain who took such good care of us. Thank you for our beautiful candlelit anniversary surprise. Private sunset cruise with Thaddeus and Nicolai was Wonderful. We will HIGHLY recommend to friends. We had a magnificent time at Jade Mountain. We definitely will be repeat customers. Fantastic Resort. I cannot say enough about the staff at Jade Mountain. The only reason I cannot recognize each individual is because I wasn't able to meet everyone. Just to recognize a few: Augustus, Jungle, Errol, Kerwin, Nicholai, Thaddeus, Manuel, Edmund, Bernd, Eirc, Karen, Dawn, Paul and Denver. Jade Mountain was the best , most romantic place in the world to have our wedding/honeymoon. The only vacation destination I want to ever experience again. We adored our stay at Jade Mountain. All the staff are very welcoming and always in a good mood. The food was delicious and the service through the entire resort impeccable. Wonderful experience – Perfect! This is a beautiful hotel – like no other we have experienced. Some favorite employees or staff include: Joevan – awesome and fun, Jasmine – very sweet, Meno – loved learning so much about the local plants and waterfall. Ramiah – served us lunch even when there was no else around at 2 p.m. The food was exceptional at Jade Mountain and also very good at Anse Chastanet. Kerwin was very good on sailing excursion. Jazzy sunset cruise was excellent. Guitarist and saxophonist were Very Good! Beautiful scenery, original and unique accommodations, peaceful and serene, friendly and accommodating staff. Wonderful staff and property enjoyed the unique setting - pictures do not do justice to the tranquil setting. The sounds of water and birds transport you to a different dimension. Our sanctuary was a gorgeous retreat that made our anniversary celebration memorable. The half day sail was so much more than expected - wonderful. Far exceeded our expectations! Staff called us by name and pronounced it correctly. We were made to feel as if we were the most important guests here! PS: Would like to have a dollar for each time someone asked if we needed a shuttle! I cannot thank everyone enough for the incredible service. The view and the ambience are incredible, but without a superb staff, those qualities would still fall short. Anse Chastanet and Jade Mountain are top-notch because of the people. They bring St. Lucia's friendliness and culture to the guests. It also feels authentic here, which is not always the case with high-end island resorts. I am a fan for life. Eric & Jonathon at Jade Mountain Club designed and served incredible engagement dinner (well served by Jerome). A perfect evening. Expected beautiful resort, was not disappointed. Very friendly yet professional staff. Nice to have the fitness room. Yoga and fitness instructor were nice to have available. Pace of evening meal and quality were exceptional. The entire staff here was excellent and professional. Their expertise and love of their work was reflected in their acts of kindness and expert customer service. We really enjoyed ourselves and will share our experience with others. Galaxy room was phenomenal! There are no words to describe this place. Will definitely recommend to friends and family but don't want to ruin the secret! Great Country & Western band Guitarist was good. Everyone here is friendly, we appreciate that! We have travelled extensively and cannot believe the beauty and service of Jade Mountain. It far exceeded our expectations and those expectations were high! The level of service was incredible, especially from Manuel! The food in the Jade Club was some of the best meals we have ever had. We cannot say enough about how wonderful Jade Mountain is! We will be back hopefully in the near future.
JANUARY 2012 Christus was superb. All employees at Jade Mountain are professional and friendly; hard to get both. All in all a wonderful experience. Jade cuisine was fantastic; service very friendly and helpful. What a beautiful place! Always clean and very well maintained – everything still looks new. The staff was wonderful; of course, we loved our major domos! Also impressed by several others who had positive attitudes and gave great service. Excellent food and service; incredible location and views. Orientation tour was very helpful in knowing how to get around. Mr. Kingsley, who brought us from the airport, was very helpful and gave great information. The room was stunning; Thank you!! We had an amazing vacation at Jade Mountain. What a wonderful experience from the time we stepped foot on Jade Mountain. The staff was so friendly and eager to make our experience more enjoyable. We would love to return someday. All the staff was wonderful, we enjoyed the staff at the beach bar and the "secret" beach. We enjoyed our stay. The sanctuary was magnificent, the food outstanding and the staff excellent. From start to finish our entire stay was magical. Everything was beautiful, clean and fantastic. All the Jade Mountain staff did a tremendous job with every request and made us very comfortable and happy. Teddy and Okeda deserve gold stars – they exceed every expectation and made our stay great! Greatly enjoyed that farm tour and cooking class with Paul and Jonathon – great assets to Jade. Eric (your wine expert) is extremely friendly and enjoyable. The whole staff was very polite and professional. I discovered Jade Mountain through internet as one of the top ten views and the article was absolutely on target. Our sanctuary was one of the most beautiful rooms we ever stayed at. Also Jade Mountain offers opportunities for either complete privacy with discreet attention or go full force into the may activities your facility has to offer. We were especially enamored by the beauty of the Jade Club and took all our meals there.
