Spa Experiences, Yoga and Fitness at Jade Mountain

Jade Mountain guests can choose from a carefully selected menu of spa treatments available in the privacy of their infinity pool sanctuary or in JADE MOUNTAIN's boutique St.Lucia spa Kai en Ciel. Also, the Kai Belté spa located on Anse Chastanet beach and the Kai Mer spa cottage are available to Jade Mountain guests at any time. Kai en Ciel spa offers a large and varied menu with both classical body and beauty treatments, as well as ayurvedic and holistic services.

Complimentary yoga classes and fitness options are available at Jade Mountain in addition to which private yoga and fitness lessons can also be arranged. Jade Mountain's fitness studio features Cybex cardio and strength equipment. The estate bike trails at Anse Mamin are available to our resident guests for independent jogging in the morning and afternoons. Also, there are daily escorted walks and hikes available on the 600 acre estate.

Yoga

The classes by our resident Yoga instructor Kristen Coyle are noncompetitive and open to complete beginners, as well, more challenging variations are offered to more experienced students. Also, she is available for private Yoga sessions which are excellent if you have chronic physical pain or chronic mental stress, and would like to learn some techniques to take home with you for relief, as well as if you are a more focused Yoga student and would like to evolve your practice to a deeper level! Kristen is also available for transformational deep tissue massages and other treatments.Sunday to Friday

Fitness

Our resident fitness instructor Ty Ferrell offers a fitness oriented program on 5 days a week. The fitness program includes a jump start beach circuit training, fitness interval trail run and a fitness fusion class combining elements of aerobics with core strength training using light weights and stability balls to optimize results. One on one fitness training or couple/buddy training sessions can be arranged and are available at a charge.
